There are three known types of ADHD.

The first type is inattentive ADHD. People who have inattentive ADHD have trouble paying attention to details, are easily distracted, often have trouble organizing or finishing tasks and often forget routine chores.

The second type is hyperactive/impulsive ADHD. People who have hyperactive/impulsive ADHD are often talking and interrupting, cannot sit still at mealtimes, is often fidgeting when watching television, and making disruptive noises.

And the last is combined ADHD. People who have combined ADHD have a combination of both inattentive and hyperactive/impulsive ADHD.

I have combined ADHD so everything I am writing about is either from my experience or from medical data about ADHD.

A lot of people who have ADHD have low confidence because they were bullied, or they fell like they aren’t smart, or are destined to be unsuccessful, no matter what people tell them. I lost a lot of confidence when I was told I had ADHD and I lost even more when I got bullied because of my ADHD my parents always tell me that I’m smarter then I think I am and that helps me a bit but not a lot.

If you make fun of people who have ADHD here is a list of famous people who may have heard of or even look up to who have ADHD.

Adam Levine, Emma Watson, Mel B, Leonardo da Vinci, Thomas Edison, Pablo Picasso, Mozart, Walt Disney, And Albert Einstein.

ADHD is a hard thing to live with if you don’t know how to deal with it find out what type of ADHD you have and find something that makes you happy and if you are having problems at school with your ADHD talk to your teachers for help.

I hope you enjoyed this. Written by Bella.
